The BASS Service department focus is on providing excellent Customer Service by investing in an efficient team to achieve customer satisfaction across all maintenance and training requirements for ELV systems.

Our service department provides maintenance contracts for all ELV systems under one contract and due to our extensive customer base we are able to offer complete coverage and support throughout the seven emirates of the UAE and across the GCC.

Coordinated through our dedicated Customer Service helpdesk we offer a full range of services. From remote management, telephone and email support provided by our Technical Support team to site visits for preventive and reactive maintenance by our Field Service teams. All of this is overseen by Senior Engineers to ensure quality of service. We can also draw on the experience from our in house projects, installation and design teams if further expertise is required.

We have been partners with Tyco Sensormatic since 2002. Our maintenance team supports hundreds of brands across over a thousand retail stores across the GCC. Repair Centre (CCTV & EAS)

BASS’s repair centre based in Dubai means that many brands and models can be repaired without having to leave the country and be returned to the manufacturer limiting down time. We are the warranty repair centre for Samsung CCTV products but also offer a free, no obligation inspection on any brand of equipment.
