The BASS Service Department focus is on providing excellent Customer Service by investing in an efficient team to achieve customer satisfaction across all maintenance and training requirements for ELV systems.

Our Service Department provides maintenance contracts for all ELV systems under one contract and due to our extensive customer base we are able to offer complete coverage and support throughout the seven emirates of the UAE and across the GCC.

Coordinated through our dedicated Customer Service Helpdesk we offer a full range of services. From remote management, telephone and email support provided by our Technical Support team to site visits for preventive and reactive maintenance by our Field Service teams. All of this is overseen by Senior Engineers to ensure quality of service. We can also draw on the experience from our in house projects, installation and design teams if further expertise is required.

No matter what type of equipment or ELV systems you have they all have different requirements where maintenance is concerned. Our technical and support teams have a broad experience across a range of systems and brands as well as specialist and DPS Certified Engineers and Technicians.
